Unable to connectSQLstate=IM004[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver’s SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed   Solution(s): Check the system variable ORACLE_HOME, it should point to the installation folder of the Oracle client Check the system variable PATH, it should contain ;%ORACLE_HOME%\bin;. There is a . (dot) behind the ; sign in the PATH system environment variable.

After installing Microsoft SQL 2012, when opening information about a user in the Security section, I received the following error: “Could not load file or assembly ‘Microsoft.SqlServer.Sqm, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91’ or one of its dependencies.
